Leveraging my 10+ years of HR experience, combined with data science training, I go beyond the data analysis to dig into the “why” behind the insights and trends. I believe that uncovering the “why” empowers HR and the business to develop data-driven solutions.

Consulting

Using human-centered design principles, I partner with companies to redesign HR processes to integrate data and AI solutions. I believe that building data and AI into HR processes increases adoption and enables data-driven decision making.

Training

I provide training for HR teams on incorporating People Analytics into their work. I believe that by listening to and understanding their needs (e.g. what the business is asking of them), I can help them to understand what’s possible with data.

Speaking

I am available for speaking at conferences and events, covering People Analytics for HR, AI in HR, and everything in between (including connecting the dots between AI/data and HR processes).
